Returns & Exchanges
Stock items in original, unworn condition with original tags attached are eligible for a return or exchange within 60 days from date of purchase. Custom orders are always a final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment - this may take several business days to process depending on your service provider.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned/exchanged items. This includes duty charges, so if you are shipping a return from a country other than Canada please be sure to mark the package 'Return of Goods' on the customs forms to avoid duty charges - any duty charges incurred for us to receive returned items back will be deducted off of the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
